Did Mr Beast Just Shoot His Shot with Chicken Shop Girl?
- On Monday, Chicken Shop Date host Amelia Dimoldenberg posted a video of her dancing along to Taylor Swift’s song Cruel Summer on TikTok. She wrote the caption “I hope it’s not a cruel summer” alongside the clip.
- Amelia’s TikTok video amassed over 1.8 million views and hundreds of comments from fans in the last two days.
- And on Monday, YouTuber Mr Beast also appeared in the comment section of Amelia’s TikTok video. The multimillionaire (soon to be billionaire) YouTuber left the amusingly simple comment “I have a yacht” on Amelia’s video from his own verified TikTok account.
- Mr Beast’s comment thrilled TikTok users and received over 9,000 likes on the platform. Viewers replied back to Mr Beast with comments like “Okay shoot your shot baby!” and “Okay King we see you.”
- Hopeful fans speculated whether Mr Beast’s comment meant that he would be appearing on Amelia’s show Chicken Shop Date
- However, while Mr Beast’s comment was still live at 16:00 (EST) on Tuesday, it seems he may has deleted comment off TikTok now.
Was Mr Beast actually flirting with Amelia? Probably not..
- While fans were hoping that Mr Beast was shooting his shot with Amelia, he still seems to be in a relationship with fellow YouTuber Thea Booysen. On August 18, Thea re-shared Mr Beast’s Instagram photo of the pair together from May.
- Thea started dating after Mr Beast broke up with his girlfriend Maddy Spidell last year. Maddy made a handful of appearances on Mr Beast’s YouTube channel. Thea is yet to make an appearance in a Mr Beast video.
- Also Mr Beast could have also simply been making a humorous reference to his YouTube video two months ago where he hilariously purchased a yacht for $1.
- Meanwhile, Amelia appears to be single right now. Although earlier this year, fans went wild for a now-viral video of Andrew Garfield flirting with Amelia at the Golden Globe Awards. Viewers thought Andrew’s and Amelia’s chemistry was undeniable and demanded that the Oscar-nominated actor appear on Chicken Shop Date.
