Did Megan Rapinoe ‘Shade’ Sophia Bush and Ashlyn Harris?

Fans are convinced that soccer player Megan Rapinoe “shades” Sophia Bush and rumored lover Ashlyn Harris in a viral clip.

• Last week, it was revealed that One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush is now dating professional soccer player Ashlyn Harris — two months after filing for divorce from Grant Hughes. Meanwhile, Ashlyn divorced her wife and former teammate Ali Krieger in September after four years of marriage.

 

• However, Sophia’s and Ashlyn’s new romance has been mired by cheating rumors. Fans believe Ali hinted that ex-wife Ashlyn had allegedly cheated on her with Sophia — when she posted that she was in “Beyoncé Lemonade era” on Instagram.

 

• Over the weekend, resurfaced footage showed Sophia hanging out with Ashlyn after the pair watched Megan Rapinoe play her last regular season home game on October 6. The clip went viral — with fans suggesting that Megan “shades” Sophia in the “awkward” clip.

 

• In the short video, Megan cooly says something to Sophia and the actress gives her a “puppy dog” smile. While the pair are still having their exchange, Ashlyn interrupts them and seems to say “Hey! Hey!” Ashlyn appears to attempt to placate the situation and grabs Megan’s head by the neck for a kiss. Sophia then walks away from the situation.

 

• Viewers said that the encounter was “clearly an awkward moment for everyone” and that Ashlyn “seemed a little aggressive, for sure.” Others claimed that Megan “definitely didn’t look happy with Sophia there” and alluded to the the soccer star’s friendship with Ashlyn’s ex-wife Ali.

 

• Social media users demanded that lip readers translate the video and declared that the “tense” footage “needs to be studied by the FBI.”

• However, other fans pointed out that Sophia and Megan seemed to be amicable in another video filmed at the same event. Other pointed out that social media users that Sophia and Megan have been in the same social circle for years.
